Prior to starting my coaching business, I completed a Master’s in Clinical Health Psychology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Both of these graduate programs taught me different skills which I continue to integrate in my coaching practice today. Most notably, my Master’s program placed a huge emphasis on habit formation and behavior change—which I’ve found is a foundational piece of the nutrition adventure for most people.
